I am traveling from outside the United States and need a letter of invitation. How do I get one?
To receive a letter of invitation, please complete the form at the bottom of the International Visitors page. Your request will be reviewed and if accepted, you will receive your letter of invitation via the email address provided.

Can I share my badge with another attendee or exhibitor?
Attendees and exhibitors may NOT exchange, give, trade, or sell their Border Security Expo badge to anyone. Anyone found in violation of this policy will be immediately removed from the convention center and no refund for registration fees paid will be provided.
Are children allowed in the exhibit hall?
No one under the age of 18 will be admitted to the exhibit hall.

What should I pack for the conference?
Attire for Border Security Expo is business casual. April temperatures in Phoenix average highs of 86 and lows of 61, but the convention center can be chilly. Be sure to pack a jacket or light sweater and comfortable shoes for walking the Exhibit Hall.

Are there networking events I can attend?
Yes, Border Security Expo is proud to partner with the Border Patrol Foundation, a 501(c)3 nonprofit that provides emergency financial assistance to the families of Border Patrol Agents killed in the line of duty. Border Patrol Foundation holds several events during the Expo to help support their mission and spur greater connection among border patrol professionals from across the country. How do I register my booth staff?
To register booth staff, exhibitors will need to log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard. From there, click on the Registration tile to register your staff.
